Returns

We offer a credit for LEATHER GOODS that are shipped back with care and within 7 days of receipt with the following considerations...

• You have 7 days following the receipt of your Stash product to contact us to initiate a return for full purchase price. 
• If you initiate a return or exchange after 7 days but before the 30, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee. 
• If you return a bag that has evidence of use or damage, we reserve the right to refuse the return. 
• No returns after 30 days.
• We do not offer returns or exchanges on cosmetics, fragrances, apothecary, candles, or consumables. No exceptions. If you have an issue, you are welcome to take up with the manufacturer.
• Under no condition can we accept goods that show use or wear. We are happy to help coordinate repairs. To schedule a repair, please reach out to us through our Contact Form.
